Meet Our Experience Team
Mike
Owner
Mike was born in California and has lived in Colorado since age 5. He began his career in auto service while still in high school alongside his father. He graduated high school in 2002 and has over 23 years of experience. He is an ASE-certified, ATI-certified, and 609 AC-certified service advisor.
Over the course of his career, Mike has worked at multiple shop locations in Colorado, gaining knowledge from some of the best shop owners in the business. It was his lifelong dream to own his own shop, which came true in 2022 when he and his wife took over ownership of Front Range Automotive.
When he’s not working at the shop, Mike enjoys time with his family, camping, golfing, and watching sports.
Dillon
Master Technician
Dillon was born in 1995. He grew up in Lakewood, Colorado, and was home-schooled by his grandmother.
He started working on cars in the garage with his dad and has been learning by his side for many years. To this day, Dillon and his dad, Bruce work side by side.
Dillon has a wife and 3 daughters.
In his free time, Dillon enjoys quality time with his wife and girls, as well as hanging out with his friends, fishing, and hunting.
Bruce
Master Technician
Bruce was born in 1982. At the age of 3, he moved with his family from Montana to Colorado. He would eventually meet his wife in Colorado and settle down close to the foothills, where they raised their
2 sons.
Bruce began working on cars in high school and has been a mechanic since 1978.
He has dedicated his life to this trade and has a unique passion for the craft. He and his son Dillon, work side by side here at Front Range Automotive.
When Bruce is not working on cars, he enjoys spending time at the shooting range, splitting firewood, and hanging out with his 3 grandkids.
Krystal
Owner
Krystal was born and raised in New York, graduating high school in 2001. After a short stint in community college, she decided to move to Colorado and begin a new life adventure. She came with nothing but a Dodge Neon and her clothes.
For over 20 years she worked as an electrical preconstruction project manager while also raising a family.
In 2022 she and her husband took over ownership of Front Range Automotive, and she works diligently behind the scenes and alongside her husband Mike, to make sure Front Range Automotive runs efficiently.
When she isn’t running a business and managing her family, she trains alongside her young daughter in Songahm Taekwondo. She is a 1st degree black belt.
She also enjoys cooking, camping and summer activities.
Dylan
Jr Service Advisor
Dylan was born in 2004. His childhood was spent in Sheridan Colorado. Growing up, Dylan loved baseball and played on many travel teams coached by his dad. In high school he made the Varsity baseball and football teams.
Dylan graduated from High School in 2025 and has recently begun his career in the automotive industry. He is a very driven young man who is excited to learn. In addition to his position at Front Range Automotive, he also works for O’Reilly’s, where he is learning the parts side of things.
Dylan's hobbies include adult softball, college sports, and camping.
Hailey
Shop Helper
Hailey was born in 2012 and is the daughter of owners Mike and Krystal.
She does many tasks around the shop, including checking customers in, answering phones, making appointments, and cleaning. She is a key member of the team.
Not only is Hailey a dedicated 8th-grade student, but she is also a world-ranked martial artist – training in Songahm Taekwondo. She recently earned her 2nd degree black belt.
