They do great work, when they actually do it. Had a smaller car go in to get a part replaced and they forgot multiple bolts. Sent my SUV in and they said they "replaced all 8 spark plugs and coils". When I took it to a closer shop, they said that the spark plugs looked like they had over 50,000 miles on them even though I put under 10,000 miles on them after they "replaced" them. The closer shop said that a coil was broken and when they showed it to me, it was one of the same exact coils from when we bought it from a close friend. If you do go there, ask for the old part back.

Edward thank you for your review. We would like to give more info here. We replace 1 ignition coil, and 8 spark plugs. Cylinder #3 was replaced due to it being broken with your family member/neighbor shop guy could not get the spark plug in. We replaced everything you were billed for. We have attached the invoice for you.

Fantastic automotive repair facility. Experienced mechanics and a small business we should all support! I had new shocks installed on a Tundra 1794. Very polite and professional staff too.

Hi Ryan. We always appreciate feedback whether its positive or negative. I am sorry to see you had a bad experience with us. I did take the time to review your ticket in order better understand your grievance so we can do better in the future. On Thursday July 7th you brought in your 2005 Toyota Tacoma for an oil change, tire patch, tire rotation and quotes for an alignment and A/C recharge. We completed the oil change, tire repair and tire rotation. Part of our oil change service includes a basic safety inspection. One component of that inspection includes a battery test. When your battery was tested it showed 22% life left and was 5 years old. We provided you a photo of the inspection showing that the battery reading at 10.7V and it should be charging at 14.2V. We recommended the battery replacement and provided you with a quote which you declined on July 7th. On July 9th you returned and asked us to do the battery. Your total cost out the door was $297.12 (Taxes/fees included) - this also included a 10% discount that we applied. Thank you for your feedback. We're sorry to hear you were unhappy with the final cost. We believe in being transparent with our pricing, which is why we provided an estimate before the work began and received your approval prior to completing the job. We always want our customers to know exactly what to expect, with no surprises. We appreciate your business and wish you all the best.

I had FRA do a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle I was looking at in the area as I lived out of state. They were prompt, extremely thorough, and took the time to talk to me over the phone and go over findings and give good honest feedback. I wish I could have them inspect every car I look at! I would highly recommend them.

Mike and his team are amazing! I recently had work done on my Chevy Malibu, and Mike made an already stressful situation so much easier with his kindness, understanding, and professionalism. Thank you all so much! Front Range Automotive truly treats its customers like family. I highly recommend them!

Mike and his crew are THE BEST!!...I learned the value of a good mechanic at a young age,I am still a mechanic but I am only as good as the size of my toolbox!!..

I am very happy with the treatment and service I received from Front Range Auto Repair. I got to experience having the hybrid battery in my car go out. At least my car had nearly 190000. So, I guess it happens at always the worst possible time. But everyone helped me out with kind courtesy service. Even though I was probably not in the best of mood. I feel they didn’t add a bunch of crazy services that were not needed. And the car runs really well. Thank you all at Front Range!

Always great service!
